Owner Portal Overview

 As a property owner, the online dashboard gives you a clear, real-time view of your property’s performance under management—all in one place. Easily track total income, expenses, your contributions, and your disbursements, with detailed breakdowns for full transparency. You’ll also see occupancy percentages, rent collection progress, and your most recent owner packet at a glance. Each widget is designed to give you instant insight, from rent charged vs. rent collected to individual income and expense transactions. You can filter by specific properties or entities for tailored reporting, making it simple to stay informed and confident in the management of your investments. 

 The Reports tab gives property owners powerful, real-time insights into their investments with just a few clicks. You can easily run customizable reports by selecting the property and date range you want to review, or view all properties at once for a big-picture overview. Each report can be filtered, searched, refreshed, or exported into PDF, Excel, or CSV for convenience and recordkeeping. Whether you want to drill down into specific transactions or generate clear summaries, the Reports tab makes it simple to access accurate, up-to-date information whenever you need it—keeping you fully informed and in control of your property’s performance.  

 The Properties tab gives owners a clear and organized view of all actively owned properties tied to their account. At a glance, you can see property addresses, unit breakdowns for multi-family buildings, current occupancy status, rental amounts, and key lease details such as move-in and lease end dates. If a reserve amount is set on a property, it will also display directly within the tab for easy reference. This tool ensures you always have up-to-date information on your active portfolio, making it simple to track performance, monitor occupancy, and stay on top of important lease and income details—all in one convenient place.
